IRMAWY STUDIO is an independent fashion and jewelry design studio based in Bali, Indonesia.
We create limited-edition, made-to-order, and custom pieces with a focus on craftsmanship and artistic individuality.
2. Handcrafted Pieces & Product Variations
Every piece we create is made by hand in small quantities.
Natural stones, textiles, and materials may vary slightly in color, shape, and pattern. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of your piece and are not considered defects.
We do our best to represent each item accurately in photos and descriptions, but slight differences may occur.
3. Orders & Availability
* All orders are subject to availability.
* For made-to-order or custom pieces, production time will be communicated before payment is confirmed.
* An order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
* Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
4. Pricing & Payment

* Prices do not include shipping fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

* The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied:
* Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
* The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.
* Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit once the item is received and inspected.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and text on this website are the exclusive property of IRMAWY STUDIO.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
IRMAWY STUDIO cannot be held responsible for:
