Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship items in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

Custom-made, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.
How to Request a Return

Email contact@irmawystudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for ready-to-ship items if the requested replacement is in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
