We take great care in crafting each piece, and we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship items in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.

How to Request a Return

  • Email contact@irmawystudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We can offer exchanges for ready-to-ship items if the requested replacement is in stock.

  • Exchange shipping fees apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
