All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. Estimated completion times are specified on each product page or will be communicated via email.
Shipping Time & Tracking

DHL Express delivers to most destinations within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. You can track your shipment via the DHL website.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered for certain locations or order values.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Once your order is dispatched, IRMAWY STUDIO is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or courier delays.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping costs will apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@irmawystudio.com so we can assist with a DHL claim.
